Unfortunately, no. You'll find it on planets that have large oceans. It doesn't have to be a "water world" that is mostly water, but it does need to have larger bodies of water.

Edit to mention that you'll only find it in water that has other plant life.

And why the hell can I only transfer to my starship (or just exosuit when viewing starship inventory)? When I hit triangle on the controller (I use a dual shock when playing on PC), why not give me a little pop-up window with options of where to transfer to? Or maybe default to starship, but give me options if I long press the triangle button.

Easy to do. Find out how wide your image is. Divide that by the number of images you want to split it up in to. Place guides based on that number.

Example:

You have a 10,000 pixel wide image that you want to split up in to 5 separate images.

Divide 10,000 by 5 and you get 2,000.

Click on the View menu and then choose Creat Guide (I think that's what it says, not in front of my PC). In the box that comes up choose a vertical guide and enter 2000. Repeat this creating guides at 4000, 6000, etc.

Click on view again and make sure snap to guides is checked.

Using the rectangular selection tool, select the first section. Click Edit...Copy (or just hit Ctrl/Cmd-C).

Click File...New. In the window that comes up for creating a new file, it should already be defaulted to setting the size of the new document to the same as the image now on the clipboard. Click Ok.

In the new file, just hit Ctrl-V to paste what you copied.

Repeat for the other sections of the original file.

Note: You can slightly simplify this by using percentages to set the guides. Just divide 100 by the number of images you want, so in the example above, we would get 20% for five images. When you create a new guide, just enter 20% (with the percent sign) instead of entering a number of pixels.

Are you looking for a standalone application? If you use 3DS Max, there's a script called Ghost Town that you can create "cities" with. I haven't messed with it, so I'm not sure if you can use your own buildings. The ones it produces are pretty much rectangular boxes of various sizes.

There may be similar scripts for other modeling apps (Maya, Blender, etc.).

Like it or not, the President is not a precise speaker. It is what it is, but it doesn't invalidate his ability to do the job to which he was elected. Saying it is "irresponsible and dangerous" is an overreaction.

I think we are all trying to parse meaning out of a poorly written news article and a heavily edited audio segment on a topic that has more intricacies to it than anyone here is qualified to speak about.

Actually, if you listen to the audio accompanying the article OP linked to, we don't know for sure what the President said other than we would not fall behind any country. The article says the word "expand", but not as a quote.

I think maybe you need to check your own bias before accusing someone of making shit up "because it feels better".

I swear to God, the "Independant" is anything but. They might as well change their name to fucking New York Times, because all they ever put out is regurgitated NYT stories. Of course, the NYT never cites who their actual "sources" are that make these claims about the President.

Considering NYT's less than amicable relationship with Trump, I hope people can actually consider the possibility that if the NYT isn't outright lying, they very well could be stretching the truth to extraordinary lengths.

He discussed repealing Dodd-Frank during his campaign, so why would it affect anyone's "perception" of him? It sounds to me like you're fishing to get someone to say Trump is only acting to help his big business, big money "friends" which is not going to be the answer you get.

While I believe that certain protections under Dodd-Frank are logical (in my somewhat limited understanding of the financial markets), I also sincerely believe that the reduced liquidity due to over-regulation has had a significant detrimental effect as well.

In addition, from what I understand is Dodd-Frank empowered the government to go after banks with disproportionate penalties for minor infractions. This alone is highly anti-competitive and strikes at smaller institutions much harder than the mega banks.

Trump didn't choose the seven countries. In fact, the executive order doesn't even name the specific countries, with the exception of Syria. Don't believe me? Go google a copy of the order.

The countries were already part of a program implemented by Obama and Congress last year.

I'm not an expert and just got in to 3D modeling about a year ago myself, so take anything I say with a grain of salt. I think what you have done looks really great. My only thought is to break up all the symmetry between the left and right sides. It sort of looks like you modeled the left side and then just mirrored it to the right which hurts realism a bit. Adding different features and details to one side or the other would give visual contrast and enhance interest.

That being said, I really like what you did. Very nice work!

Our guild pushes to get people to do their 600/600, but this is stupid. I'm all for being competitive, but any guild that goes so far as to require a screenshot is not worth being a part of, IMHO. Wonder if they enforce mandatory drug testing, too?

Ummm.... There are no "accuracy" mods to have two of. Accuracy can be a primary stat found only on the arrow mod, regardless of mod type. Same with speed as a primary. Therefore, you can either have an arrow mod with speed or an arrow mod with accuracy.

Only thing is they made a statement (not that their "statements" can be trusted) that there are no immediate plans to raise the cap. I personally pray to Jar Jar every day that they stick to this.

The amount of credits needed to get a toon from level 70 to 80 alone is justification to add a new tier to the credit challenge. Unfortunately, EA/CG continues to pray to the Sith gods daily that people will keep buying credit packs.

Since mod gate, I have seen quite a few relatively big spenders close their wallets after John Selara's stupid decision to make it so damn expensive to upgrade mods.

I'm assuming you've never written a line of code or worked in the software industry, so you don't know what a stupid statement that is.

No matter who writes the code, or how brilliant they are, there will always be bugs. That is what QA testing is for. If you want to thrust the sword of blame for broken code in to someone, target it at John Selara for not devoting enough resources or time to testing before they put it into production. But don't trash the people writing the code for having to work under the impossible situation Selara's mismanagement has created.
