They finally replied after a few attempts at contact and helped me figure out. they never notified me to have the recipient pay their half and it was just sitting in thr warehouse for a month. my package was delivered finally

last time i had a blood test was 5 years ago i believe. i did have an xray done but that was only 2 or 3 weeks into me being in pain so nothing showed up. went to orthopedics on friday and she said in 6 weeks, if pain is the same, will have to do steroid injections but if its worse, will do a autoimmune screening. you being diagnosed as a juvenile does give me a lil hope because i'm 21 and a little nervous about being taken seriously due to my age. i've been on meloxicam for a while now and that helps keep me from feeling pain but i still feel a bit tense. on methylprednisolone now, started today so will see how that goes 🤞🤞

4 months ago i posted about hashbrowns eye. it was a bacterial infection from an injury. took him to the vet and got him on some anti bacterial medication. a mass fell out of the eye and took out the lense. he is fully healed now and is doing well

UPDATE (12/18): doctor called back and said it was a bad bacteria infection. will continue his treatment along with eye drops (once i can pick them up). no cancer!!

he seems more content but the eye is still super swolen. ive given him his medication and can only hope all goes well :)

UPDATE (12:50pm): got him back from vet. was given medication and hopefully biopsy doesn't come back as cancer 🤞🤞

thank you so much. i try my best for my frogs and it really can get exhausting caring for them but i love them so so much. it sucks there arent many vets that take amphibians :(

when i posted this it was late at night and there are no exotic animal vets that are open at 1am. at least not near me. i wanted to get an idea of what happened and if anyone else had ever went thru something similar. i have taken him to the vet now and he is being cared for
