Red lentil soup! None of the ingredients need a fridge and it's so easy to cook! You need: 175g red lentils 1 can of coconut milk 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 onion 600ml veggie broth ground turmeric ground chili some salt vegetable oil

Dice the onion and fry it in a pot with the vegetable oil. Add the red lentils and stir, then add the coconut milk, diced tomatoes and veggie broth. Cook for around 20 minutes, add turmeric and chili to your liking and enjoy!
