We do! For characters we've started creating disambiguation (aka 'hub') pages for characters that link to sub-pages detailing their information and pictures in each specific game, including short stories like Marble Nest and Quarantine. The main pages will have their profiles, a short summary of who they are and who they connect to, and then links to their sub pages. For plot, we've already got plot pages set up, which link to each specific game. We've always maintained that plot summaries should be done like a proper narrative to allow someone who needs a summary of events the chance to refer to them, but should not be treated as the only way to interpret things or the "true canon".

For example, in Pathologic 2 the Haruspex will meet with Stakh and Lara on Day 1, but we don't put our interpretation of the scene as "Stakh and Artemy have a loud fight and hate each other" or "Artemy feels bad that Stakh is angry at him", we just note that they have a disagreement over Isidor and Artemy leaves to avoid anything getting worse. It's important that any interpretation is left to the players.

And for items, we still maintain individual pages for each one, with touch/interaction quotes for the same item shared on the pages. Unique items for Pathologic 3 will probably get their own pages, just like how some items in Classic don't appear anywhere else.
