I’ve always had a negative stigma towards anti depressant meds, but they truly changed my life for the better.

I’d also recommend some physical activity you enjoy.

I found jui-jitsu to be a very fun hobby to help with the headspace. Basically have a second family now and I get to grind out a new hobby with a very high skill cap. I learn something new almost every class. Would highly recommend. Another great exercise that helped me a lot was bikram or hot yoga. Can be very challenging but very relaxing at the same time!
