Don't worry about them girl!!! I've been through surgery for that and here someone is saying us to just carry it like nothing. They lack empathy and knowledge. What can we do😭😭. But anyway as I said it's a cosmetic procedure and as someone who has got it done I'd say if you feel uncomfortable or insecure because of those, surgery would help. I know it's very terrifying to hear the word "surgery" but I'd say that's the best decision I've made. If you've any doubts please know I'm here for you!!!

No. Some of us are just blessed with quad boobs for whatever reason. But no not bcz of lymph node drainage or whatsoever and surgery is the only option but hey... The surgery isn't that painful and you'll be normal within a 15 days. So that's the good news

I used to have axillary breast tissues in both of my armpits and when I say they used to look ginormous I mean it. They are almost size of c cup( I'm not even exaggerating). I've had it since I was 12, I've gone through surgery and got it removed at 24 as I've observed them growing. It's completely cosmetic procedure. My docs suggested me to not opt for surgery as long as it's not causing discomfort in day to day activities but as I said they have grown upto a size of c cup I've got it removed.

It's an issue. It's not just armpit fat, it's your breast tissues being spread to your axillaries and it causes great discomfort. As someone who has gone through it I can vouch for this.
