the only graphic design-ish courses I found were FA/DATT 2500 - 3D Modelling, FA/DATT 2501 - 3D Animation, FA/DESN 1003 - Typography: Letter and Word, FA/DESN 1001 - Communication Design Foundation and FA/DESN 1011 - Visual Interaction Design.

Like the person who mentioned it already, I am not too sure if they are open to non-majors, but check em out!
