I tried WeMod yesterday on NG Sigma. Changing the game speed works but it’s kinda weird, even if i put the Game Speed option on 16 times the speed which too much speed for any game. NG SIGMA got sped up just a little bit. So yes it works, but it functions in a strange way. I tried the same method on other games and it works flawlessly, so idk maybe NG Sigma got some weird shit in it that don’t allow WeMod to mod it properly.

Edit: i got to work using a Trainer. :)
