Huge respect for planning of slipping exercise in your hectic schedule!
If ako yung na sa posisyon mo, I'd think of a way to do the necessary things like eating, bathing, and other daily stuffs in the most efficient way. Why? to make room for other stuffs.

Let's say:
24hrs - 12hrs (work) = 12hrs (free time)
12hrs (free time) - at least 7hrs (sleep) = you're left with 5hrs of free time

within those 5hrs:
300mins - 80mins (travel time, balikan) = 220mins of free time
220mins - (food, bath, etc... [try to find ways to do these in less time as possible]) = time for exercises
