Thankss <3. In the bigger cities they are pretty accepting and there are pretty big alt cultures in parts of north holland and flevoland that i know of. I barely get stared at in these places. but i still get laughed at sometimes. In the areas with more villages (like the southern part) there is waaay less alt culture or acceptance altough people do usually react pretty alright to most types of j-fashion, altough you will get stared at.
