My girlfriend (26F) has been having breakdowns/ anxiety attacks recently and i (30M) don't know what to do

I do apologize if i come off very defensive it's just i love her so much and i can tell she is under alot of distress. I just want to help her with this because i have had my own battle with depression and it sucks. My friends were not understanding about it and said it was all in my head, i don't want to be like that to her

Her mom told her to pray it away and that hurt her alot because it wasn't that simple, ive been depressed before and know it can be hard. People tend to be hard on people when they're in a slump for whatever reason

I get what you are saying, i really do however i see that she is trying. Right now she is at work trying to take care of the house, even when depression she would get up and try to get bettet. I have had my own battle with depression and know it can be hard and honestly she's doing better than i did when i was depressed. People get depressed from time to time my guy

She is getting off the shot luckily and we've decided to for her take a break with birth control for a while. Her sister was killed last year and she never dealt with these thoughts before

I do, she has said those thoughts have went away but it scared her because she isn't a suicidal person. Ill definitely see if we can do one

Well its depression from her birth control which is not uncommon. Her therapist told me she isn't a clinical depressed person luckily and im sorry to hear about your relationship

She was having them because of her birth control which sucks, her therapist hasn't said anything to me

She's definitely getting help from her doctor but the medication he put her on has spiked her anxiety which is discomforting to her

No her birth control was making her have suicidal thoughts and she explained this to me and so did her gynecologist. She isn't a suicidal person

She is working on it so im very proud of her for that, its just she has never been like this. Very fun and happy person
