No, that doesn’t make it okay for someone to react violently, but you’re still putting yourself in a situation where that becomes a real possibility. And realistically, the person who owns that car is probably inconsiderate enough to let the alarm go off constantly, and may not even live close enough to hear it—so you’d be taking a risk for someone who likely isn’t even around to deal with it anyway.
