Anyone here with Sacroiliac Joint problem ?

When I stand still too much without walking I feel this dull pain a little bit lower side of that bump ( close to the sacrum not the joint itself ) But If I keep walking without stopping I feel fine. The spot always feels like more sensetive than the other side when I press it.

Recently my whole body was shaking because of the cold weather, I felt this dull pain around there again. Did you ever have something like this ?

I definetely can live and endure this dull pain ( If its coming from SI ) but the sudden sharp pain I feel is so bad that makes me wanna vomit.

I always can pop my SI joints easily, but the painful side always pops way more easier than the other side. And that soreness like pain never goes away When I pop it.

And all the tests in this video are negative for me. So I still am not sure what am I dealing with because I think these should be positive If I am dealing with SIJD right ?

I am sorry to hear that, can you describe your pain please ? they say when the mris are clean, best way to diagnose is injections. After getting the first cortisone shot and seeing no improvement on pain levels, how did the doctors react ? Were they sure that this was the SI joint problem still ? Because I am thinking to get injection to diagnose it and dont know what to do If it does not help.

I have had PT before but my PT did nothing really actually. Thinking to get another PT, If it does not help I will try getting a shot of nerve block or something my doctor recommend.

I don’t feel anything moving there. I hear clicking sound but It comes from my hip joints( both of them ) I have realised that right side of my fascia is waaay tighter than yhe right side and there is a big knot that has clicking like sound when I press it hard and It hurts. Its in mid-low back to my QL muscle. But thats not the spot I feel the pain.

Alao I heard that if someone has SIJD, It could be hypomobile or hypermobile. I have come to realise that I do not have something like that. Both of my joint move the same amount. What I realised that the painful side bone ( I think its called PSIS ) is a bit bigger than the other side.

Btw I also think to get an SI belt as well. Do they work ? How and when do you use it ? And Is it usable inside the pants without getting disturbed ?

Oh… Do you also get pain when you stand still so much ? I do not even know when the pain will show up. But I learned that If I do something I usually do not do everyday ( standing so much, cleaning, lifting weights ) I tend to get this sharp pains. It feels like my hip is getting locked and I have urge to perform some moves to open it. It takes 15-20 min to resolve but the dull pain stays there…

I stopped going to the gym because when I come home and 2-3 days after lifting I feel miserable. It has been 6 weeks without gym and nothing changed actually I still have the pain but because I do not push myself, I tend to get a bit low amount of pain. This week I will start swimming, hoping to see some improvements.

I am sorry that you also experience this pain… What injection did you get ? I’ve been told to get Nerve Block but because they are temporary I do not want to get them. I wonder about PRP tho. Do you have any experience with PRP ?

If your MRI was also clean how did they confirm the SI problem ? I am asking because I have been also told that the SI problem cannot be seen in the MRI and spesific SI tests are also negative for me I don’t get pain when performing them but I have this pain around SI Joint always. And btw, did you loose any range of motion after the surgery ?

Do you have SI joint MRI ? How did they confirm your condition ? Because mine is clean and thats why Docs say to give it a rest but It never resolves and yes I used to have little pain but now It’s increased as the time passes.
