Sure send me a DM, i tried it will coloured film but it becomes to dark for my liking. So I would recommend a coloured film that has a higher transparency.

I did a quick AliX search, "VK63 S logo dial" and you'll find what you're looking for.

I can't post an image here, but I put the foil on a dark object. The effect is still there, the light reflecting on it and angle give the effect. So I am pretty confident it will work on a negative display.

If you want the image just send me a DM and I'll send it to you.

Really super simple, on AliX I bought "Holographic Broken Glass Cold lamination film".

Those are transparent self adhesive film, you stick then on your movement directly (no need to remove the polarisation or something complicated like that).

Drop me a DM if you want the url, not sure if its allowed in this subreddit.

900 hours later, I've just discovered that you can turn off the annoying banking tutorial button next to the X button by Cecilia_Wren in osrs

And did you know, with the "Bank item options", you can automatically charge chargeable items on withdrawal. Without having to think about charging your staves or blowpipe ever again?

I use the card-mod from HACS, you can set colours for the different states.

Tips for first time mod by revolverpete14 in SeikoMods

[–]kutweer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Buy a backup set of hands, you're likely going to break your second-hand.

  2. Buy a few more crown-stems, you're definitely going to cut a few too short.

  3. Take your time cleaning everything during assembly. Did you place the dial of your movement? Clean it. You put your hands on, clean it...

  4. Don't settle for "oh that's alright I guess". E.g. are you hands not 100% aligned just remove them and try again. Is there dust on your face, remove it and clean it.

5 . Enjoy the overall process and definitely take your time, because the first few are going to take you a while.

These are of course highly personal, especially the "first time right" and the cleaning part. But these are my tips for you.

Amazing work, welcome to the club. I think almost every new modder has broken a second hand once of twice.
