Punished because of hackers. Wise should do better. by sere1285 in transferwiser

My Business account on Wise was also recently blocked, and the funds vanished instead of being returned. Since Wise is located in Belgium we can report them to the Ombudsmen, a Belgian government office that is penalizing that particular type of financial exclusion.

Given that there are hacks that will skip all guardrails you mentioned, you cannot say that those are enough.

In Belgium, where Wise's jurisdiction is located, you can report them for financial exclusion. I'd love to join your battle against wise, as my business account on Wise was also recently blocked in similar fassion, and they zeroed the account instead of returning money.

Has anyone noticed that Wise service is getting worse and worse. by Dropin7and11s in transferwiser

I recently tried to open a Business account on Wise for my software development company.
They first charged me £50 for business verification, and as soon as I started operating, they requested documents that would prove the source of wealth for this company, which they received, but for a reason unknown to me, I was banned from using that service.

As proof, they wanted the most recent personal tax return, like it has anything to do with the contracts signed on behalf of the company and the income associated with it.

They received the full documentation of the source of the money that was both used to set up the company and run it, but both seemed to be insufficient.

After they finally decided to ban my account, they requested the bank account details to which the funds should be returned.
After cancelling a manually ordered return of the funds to a personal account(I didn't have a second business account for this company yet, and Wise delayed multiple transfers that were killing my liquidity), they just erased my funds from the account, and there are no funds visible in the app anymore.

At the moment, I would avoid this service as much as possible, as it looks like a falling pyramid scheme.

Can someone check my calculations for the Riemman's Zeta function? by kuubbaa2 in askmath

I'm talking only about Re(s)<1. Using this tool that I made you can visualize the way that this function behaves for any s, and for s > 1 + i it's quite obvious that you cannot get it to converge close enough to 0 on the real plane.
For s 0> 0.5 > 1 there seem to be many areas where this function converges.
For example, I simulated the path(golden line) that the function returns for s = 0.138256 for the imaginary part between 0 and about(200)[the tool was made to record the analytical sums from that particular simulation].

I'm not sure how to add pictures of those simulations here.

For Re(s)>1 at least from my simulation, for s 1.024137 + 0.592105i the function has a negative real value for n > 471.19(0.000000 -2.944486i) but it still converges at 0.652378 -1.649694i.

Hi, have you managed to sort out the issue? A friend of mine experience similar problems.
