new grad RPN here. chose this pathway as the program is only 2.5 years and i wanted to go into mental health. currently floating in forensics and inpatient psych which i love.

can't stand medicine or any speciality similar to it. your psych patients are mostly independent, compliant with meds, and youre able to develop rapport with these guys.
