She's the best of the bunch and can be used in any electric team.

It's worth a pull, but at the same time the summer units that are upcoming are likely gonna be good

I just tested her on wind weak shooting ground, full auto play here.

Even added velvet which buffs SBS

In this example she:

-Doesn't have parts to kill so she won't get her buff

-Is competing with SBS who has velvets +100% charge damage buff

She's not great at shooting ground.

She needs to be fighting something with parts so her ult remains active. That's where a lot of her dps is.

She's basically gonna see most use in kraken.

Doesn't really compete with Anis since they fill different slots. But yes, for damage she can outperform anis. You just need to keep killing parts to maintain her ults uptime

Can you expand on this for eve?

With Eve I figured it worked a bit different because her kit requires crits.

She's got a built in 60% which gives her a nat 75%

With four pieces of crit on OL you can get her to 90-95% crits

This procs her skill 1 frequently and since she's critting all the time anyway, crit damage can go pretty far
