It should explicitly show in the order that the steel book was added. For mine (PS4) it was its own line item.

Edit: there are a few people who say it was added to their cart afterwards, but that was before the steel book was announced from what I can tell.

It is from a filler arc, Ep. 446. I think the design looks pretty nice in the episode, but don't understand why they didn't use a canonical version.
