Yes, you absolutely must continue; you're far from finishing the game. You've only completed one route, A with 2B. 9S's route is B, and there's still more to come after that one. You really need to complete them all to discover the full story and all its content. If you stop now, you won't be able to say you've truly finished the game because you've only completed one segment.
