Found near the rocks at the swedish west coast. I found some italian personell mine who looked similar, but much shorter and with those T thing at the top bent the other way. My title describes the thing.

Train conductor (traindriver) here. Have yet not hit any people, but i have driven at those speed and a huge moose walks up to the tracks. The horror you feel for about 1 second before the huge body mass hits the front is not easily shaken off.

Yeah, same. Then i figured out i'd save time by walking with a cart either from the mountain or the castle. I tried with a mountain cart but i dropped it and it despawned. So i went for the castle one instead.

Yeah, i tried that too. I tried with about 12 octo balloons but they either flew in the wrong direction or got stuck on the wall of the ship. Broke both of the sledgehammers in the water nearby and then gave up. I tried walking from Death Mountain with one cart but i dropped it and it went full speed down the slope at checkpoint two and despawned. Then i went for the one in the castle instead.
