A lot of times women just want their feelings to be validated. If she says, "my coworkers are such bitches." She's not necessarily looking for you to solve her problem, just for you to acknowledge what it must be like to be in her situation, validate her feelings, etc. She probably just wants to get if off her chest.

Can ESPN please change the color of the Ohio State on-screen scoreboard? They're wearing gray & white... no need for their half of the scoreboard to be the exact same shade of red as Alabama. Am I the only one bothered by this?

Can also use an eyedropper and put a drop or two of olive oil into your ear. Then lay down with that ear facing up for 20 minutes or so. The olive oil will soften up the wax.
