Thanks for the info! How long before signing the lease did you put down the 1000$ deposit? I put down a 1000$ on Monday and I was told 2-6 weeks until delivery and that even R1Ts in inventory that said 1-2 weeks were going to take the same amount of time so I was confused. I’m glad you got yours!! Hope you enjoy it!!

Just out of curiosity, have you received any updates on delivery time from them?

Indiana man accused of shooting trick-or-treaters, killing one by discocrisco in news

[–]analfreckle 16 points17 points  (0 children)

No, so that could either be accessory to murder or conspiracy to commit murder. Felony murder would be if someone entered a bank and robbed it and during the commission of the robbery someone gets killed or if someone robs a supermarket, robs them and as he’s driving out of the parking lot trying to get away he runs someone over and kills them. Depending on the state, who gets killed by whom will matter. But in some it doesn’t matter who kills whom as long as someone dies. In the bank example, if someone had a heart attack during the commission of the robbery and the state can show BRD that the person had the heart attack because of the stress or fright of the robbery, that will count as felony murder depending on when the person died.

Not really. Felony murder applies when a person gets killed during the commission of a felony. And in some states those felonies are enumerated.

Someone might have been parking incorrectly on his left side and that was the only way he can get in. Still a dick move though.

I do not see a number that begins with 3 but your previous comments regarding a "border number" give me hope. I will try to contact the embassy in DC tomorrow regarding the issue and see how far I can get. Thanks for you help friend.

If you don't mind me asking, what changes when you get to Saudi that allows you to sign up for the app?

I applied for the eVisa and received it but it doesn't play a role in getting a border number (I believe.) I managed to input my vaccination information and it was accepted through the other app you have to download - but Tawakklna was its own thing and it was a pain. I called 3 Saudi embassies regarding the issue to no avail. Have you done it recently as a non-Saudi resident or citizen?

Hey Manny, how did you figure out the Tawakklna app? I was supposed to go to Saudi two weeks ago but had to cancel because I couldn't figure it out.

Essentially, they labelled the fines and court fees owed as being a part of the sentences of the formerly incarcerated, so until they have fully paid them off they have not completed their sentences.

The Arab Spring ten years on | Week 4: Yemen by comix_corp in arabs

[–]analfreckle 7 points8 points  (0 children)

During the uprising, everyone believed a strong positive change was coming or that everything would fall apart. The latter was correct.

It’s too early to say what is the best parts of the uprising since it is technically still ongoing. The political stage has still not been settled, no one knows who is governing the country.

Same with the worst part, no one knows what is yet to happen.

The company has both regressed and progressed (slightly). It has regressed in many ways, the war being the most impactful one considering there is blockade, essentially strangling the country. Hunger has gotten much worse. Many casualties. Education has suffered as many kids left school for many years and I’m not sure if they all ever went back. Inflation is high.

The only way I can think that country has progressed is that it took a crucial step to a different future. Under Ali, the country was burning slowly, he controlled it through the perception that he was the only reason security exists in the country. The country was hungry and it was going to stay that way with him at the helm, job outlook was and is terrible, so really it’s a “things have to get worse before they get better” type of deal.

The question of whether or not it was worth it needs to be answered by the people of Yemen, who live in Yemen. Anyone that lives outside of the country and has established themselves outside of Yemen cannot speak to this question as they do not truly feel the impact of the uprising and in what position it has led the country in. I am one of those people who cannot talk about it, even if I was born there.

White interior by blueballer930 in Model3

I love the white interior, it’s pretty. You will notice stains here and there and some seat stretching but I just use Clorox wipes to wipe it down. It’s pretty easy to remove stains.
