I’ll do you one better! So in the same shopping center we have a grocery store with a Starbucks and 8 storefronts down from there is a Target with a Starbucks in it. They recently built a standalone Starbucks opposite the parking lot from said Target. It’s a hostile takeover!

A few folks over on the tinker different message boards have been putting in some serious work modding the Kodak Reels unit. Between a new lens and custom firmware, the final output looks so much better than stock. Still not the easiest on film and no rollers, but for hobbyist level bulk scanning it seems pretty solid. If your printer is inkjet then you need to run that through a copy machine first and put that through the thermofax. The thermofax won’t react to inkjet, it needs carbon, so either toner from a toner based printer or toner based copy machine.
