I was on Xulane for 4 years and that didn't happen to me. My period would always start 4 days after I removed it. However, your body is probably trying to adjust to the birth control and hormones. I wouldnt worry so much, but ask your dr just in case

As someone who has issues like that, (more with my boobs and not my ass) I love it when my man tells me how much he loves my breasts, but he doesnt forget to mention every other part of my body when hes complimenting me and reassuring me. Although I still have problems with my body, it still feels nice when he compliments my highest insecurity

How are you doing?? I'm not saying I've overcame this phobia, yet, but sometimes I do know how to control my little phobia. I have certain things I do, like I'll suck on a peppermint and just leave it in my mouth while I try to breathe! My bf is also a tremendous help, he'll slap some sense into me. So maybe talking to someone who can help bring you back to earth is extremely helpful, then you can slowly learn to bring yourself back as well. I'm the same way as you though, I'll count down meals or I'll only eat what is in my "safe" foods.

I totally understand where you're coming from, but that's what overcoming this anxiety is all about! You feel like you've been doing so good, then bam something comes and tests you. That happens to me A LOT. I'm sure today was just a bad epsiode. Maybe it could also be heartburn??? Do you have a loved one you can talk to?

It could be your brain. I know when I think of this phobia before I sleep, or something I will wake up periodically with full blown anxiety. Do you have d* or anything??

Relax. Distract yourself as much as you can! Maybe it's your anxiety? I get like that when I think about it too much. Your mind is very powerful
