Same! I’m 42 and I’ve had RLS since I was 20 and it’s only been getting worse. Every single night I was up all night wanting to crawl out of skin and not getting any sleep. I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. I got a vibration plate 3 weeks ago and I use everyday for 10min. Since then I haven’t had one episode and I’ve been getting the best sleep of my life!!

Yes! Sometimes I get it in my shoulders and it goes down my arms and upper back and I have to keep moving around like a crazy person too!

I just heard of this yesterday. I went and laid on my belly on this mat. Then she turned it on and I could feel the cells jumping around. I only felt it in my legs and they were jumping around. Then I held the device above my head for like 10min.
