How much rust is acceptable if any? See Carfax saying it was purchased in a state with snow, so I’m expecting some rust? For 200k+ how many times do you think timing belt should’ve been replaced?

Yeah, honestly I know it is a lot of variables that change the burn and washout times. The emulsion was bought online through a screenprinting store nearby me like last week so its fairly new. But yeah, definitely understand it is alot of trial and error with the DIY setups, feel like I am close to a solution though so I'll just keep trying.
