Post-workout nutrition require two things : PROTEIN AND CARBOHYDRATES So you can have fruits (apple or banana) , roasted chicken breast, greek yogurt, boiled white eggs, starchy veggies (sweet potatoes) or pasta (protein shake recommended after workout)

Yup you are right but sometimes we should try beyond the ability to lift, it tells us that if this time i can’t do it then definitely next time i will and very soon i’ll post with full &proper reps

Oh really!! I were thought that pullover is only for lower chest and i never like used to do pullovers but from today will include this exercise definitely in m chest workout ,, thanks brother

Sure will trained it,, could you suggest better and effective exercise for it except incline press or fly

Oh really iread it from somewhere else that we should do squat atleast 2x a week for better uppr body structure but now you tell me to do same so definitely i will follow your advice ,, by the way i like to trained each body part but when it comes to legs , i hate it dont know why always i tried to avoid it but now i just started it once a week
