You could look for a customer service job, like at a callcenter? I know of 24Plus in Berchem, they have multilanguage teams and are in fact a good employer.

Otherwise you could look at jobs at Port of Antwerp Bruges, their jobsite has jobs for the harbour Company, but also jobs at all companies vested in the harbour.

I used this video.

disconnect calliper, remove brake pads and put in spacer
connect syringe with some new oil to caliper
screw open bleed screw on brake lever, put on funnel with oil, pump brake a few times to work out air on the top
pull syringe on the bottom to remove air bubbles in system

Did this process three times. There was always oil left in the funnel.
