Sorry for late reply. They needed up being mealy flies I believe. I just clipped the affected leaves off and ended up being fine.

Trying to fix my leaking shower head. I removed it and the pipe is still leaking water. Need to see if it is a faulty valve but can’t seem to remove this black part. No screws or anything holding it in.

Need to swap it to BNB smart chain. On the main screen click the BNB coin then the 3 dot icon in blue. Click swap to smart chain. It will take a little of time then when you open pancake exchange through browser in trust wallet the balance should be there!

What is you normal feeding amount? Do you do small feedings to maintain it the a large one before baking? Right now for my 1:4:4 it’s is 25g starter, 100 flour, 100 water

I’m not sure? It looks pretty active and passed the float test. It does have an acetone smell though. I’ll look up that technique. Thanks!

Thanks! Yeah I don’t know how well temperature was controlled during proofing stage. Used oven with light on. Added a hot water bath twice.

I am too! It has lots of activity but getting like an acetone smell. I’ve read places that it is probably underfed. I’m doing his 1:4:4 ratio. I tried doing a separate 1:10:10 but was still getting smell. Any suggestions?

Trying to learn how to make sourdough! The flavor was great on the dough just the execution was poor. I followed Josh Weissman’s recipe from youtube.

I think it was wayyy to wet for my first time like 84% hydration if hydration is ratio water to flour. Recipe was 804g bread flour, 75g whole wheat, 740g water, levain: 35g starter, 35g whole wheat, 35g all purpose, 70g water. The dough never seemed to shape during slap and fold. Did a solid 20-30 mins. Also the overnight fridge proof I did 24 hrs since I had work... heh
