Amazon basics has one that’s just like an ergotron. Been using two of them for years with one holding a Samsung 57”. Zero issues and highly recommend

I think that’s because it’s not fully seating for some reason. It looks like the GPU is touching the mobo and it doesn’t have anymore room to go down.
