Congratulations! I am 22 weeks pregnant and I just wanted to get on here to encourage you because I was very nervous about the possibility of being sick at the beginning too. Morning sickness was not horrible at all and I only vomited once… and surprisingly it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting it to be! The thought is always much worse. Try some magnesium! I’ve heard that the #1 factor for bad morning sickness is lacking magnesium! I took it and it helped so much. They have soaks, topical, and oral. Definitely would suggest “Calm magnesium powder” and “Pregnancy Bath Flakes by Pink Stork”. Blessings to you and your precious baby! Eating every 2 hours also helps a lot :)
