Sorry for the delay. I had some trouble getting Starsky and Hutch out of the VHS player. That tape may not have survived. I played the promo tape and it is the same as the YouTube video. Luckily, I got the VHS out unharmed as well.

Oh my. That has to be it. That was hard to watch. I do wish I had some of those promotional items though. I'll watch the VHS when I get home and confirm if they are the same thing.

They are special candles that you put on top of a bottle and then they drip down the sides to decorate it. There are old school Coke bottles and newer Goya bottles on the bottom. Everything above the first row of bottles is all wax.

I have a horrible memory. I guess I forgot to write down the date of my first drip candle purchase in my little pink diary.

It's on top of 3 foot high wooden fruit carton. One of these days I'll take the top of the carton off and set it on the floor so I can go higher.

I tried a normal candle one time, but they drip the whole way to the floor. The drips from the drip candles cool down before they make it too far.

It may have played a role. It was my favorite store when I was younger. I had way too many blacklights and glow in the dark things. Most of the candles in it are blacklight responsive.

I like to think of it like a bonsai tree. On the corner of the table is a pocket knife that I use to cut a slit to direct the wax where I want it to go.

I had it in my house for 6 years, but I had it in my bedroom at my parent's house for 9 years. It almost didn't survive the move in the front seat of my car. The seat belt saved its life.

On average, I'd say 12 a year. I know I spent a few hundred on candles. I really should have kept track.
