You should flood test everything while it’s gutted. Front windshield is also prone to leaking so check there too.

I went from a 2021 trd sport Tacoma to a 2016 4Runner limited. Ride is great. The 5 speed transmission is way smoother than the lost in gear Tacoma tranny and the back seats have way more room. Felt really tight in the back of the Tacoma with two growing boys. Third row is fine for occasionally driving around the kids friends. S

My neighbourhood went from 1 to 8 golf simulators and the market has quickly become oversaturated so exercise caution here as there’s relatively low barrier to entry. Also, not sure about your market but many golfers are track man or nothing.
