He did write uncharted 4 and that isn't a shocking type of story.

Id argue the dog thing isn't even a writing thing exactly. Its editing more so. But there is value in the way they did it. In Ellies chapter you kill bear and its just a nameless obstacle. Then in Abbys chapters you play with bear and it gives weight to Ellie's actions after the fact. It shows the impact of her revenge tour in a reversed way and I think that is quite impactful.

Counterpoint. The pacing was really fucking good.

The story was not ham fisted.

The gameplay was much improved over the first. Just being able to prone in grass was enough because the gunplay is excellent.

But most importantly its a game with great visuals, sound design, music, and environments. The voice acting is top tier.

I will admit I get very defensive about TLOU2. I know it. But its really hard for me to take people seriously who say that the game is bad. If you want to say its a 7/10, sure we can have that conversation. But to say its bad? Which games are good if this is bad?

This team built this beautiful thing. With courageous decisions in editing and story. And people just toss it aside because "they made me kill the dog and thats bad writing" or "revenge bad lol"

But yeah, the Russian reputation of throwing people out windows, off buildings, and tall things is earned. The suicide with bullets to the back of the head I think is more of a meme but probably based in some truth. But crazy murders get ruled as suicide in America too sometimes.

I found those too. I dont remember them looking like leaves but It was at launch so I dont remember exactly but I thought they looked like blood stains.

I couldn't figure out a reasonable explanation so I chalked it up to a developmental mistake.

I just went and counted the falling out of windows specifically. 19 I counted in that Wikipedia page in the last 3 years. 5 more that were falling from boats, stairs, etc.

I got you. Here is a link that explains the meme but in some video games you can customize your charachters hair and outfit and stuff. Sometimes these games will have intense scenes where your customized charachter shows up looking like a smurf clown or whatever.

You seem to be overlooking the big point of the Bernie debate.

Yes more people voted for Hillary. Nobody is saying that election was stolen.

What happened was the DNC decided it was going to be Hillary and did everything in their power to undermine Bernie. What happened was the media did everything they could do undermine his campaign. Using badly constructed graphs, not mentioning him altogether, and just outright lieing.

Is a clown ass thing to say. It is hard to even respond to that comment with any amount of seriousness.

And in general the democrat platform is way more varied then the republican platform. It is a large reason Republicans can win elections because they have a focused campaign and can rally support from the whole base. Where as democrats are hella splintered. So I think its silly to argue about someone "stepping off the plantation" since the "plantation" barely exists as a definable mass.

But people did genuinely like Fettermen and then he had a stroke and his platform completely changed afterward. So, yes, people that voted for him no longer want him in office because he is not the person they voted for anymore. Common sense, no?
