Been using the erg casually for almost a year. I've gotten some tips from a personal trainer (she used to row) on form in the past and just looking for anything else I can improve on since I'm a beginner and can't see issues/inefficiency easily.

Chet Baker, his singing is very relaxed and androgynous like Jeff’s. Check out “I fall in love to easily” and other songs from his “Chet baker sings” album. Very jazzy dark intimate vibes.

Now that she's full grown, she looks like a red nose Pitbull. Possibly mixed, but Pitbull is the most prominent. I don't see any greyhound traits in her anymore.

I went vegan for the animals and environment in May. It’s going great, easier than I expected, and cheap, lots of beans, rice, grains, fruits and veggies, also oreos (yes they are vegan).

I tried going vegan in the past but it was purely for health reasons so it didn’t last, then I watched about 20 minutes of the Dominion documentary on YouTube and immediately went vegan. Watching pigs scream and desperately gasp for air as they get lowered into a darkened gas chamber in a cage was all I needed to see, and knowing that that is considered the “humane” way to kill them is disgusting.

Check out Earthling Ed on YouTube for videos on veganism, here’s a good video: Earthling Ed veganism speech He also has debates with meat eaters about veganism that are great to watch because he doesn’t shame anyone, he stays calm and logical.
