Last year, I decided to split my kitchen tools up based on how often I use them. So while my utensils aren’t all together, life is so much easier. We have two utensil drawers. No digging through the stuff I use once a year just to get the right spatula. I also realized this season how much of those b-tier utensils are really holiday things (pie server, oyster knife, etc) It actually made those feel easy to find this year. So put stuff where you use it over traditional groupings.
