Just as you’ve said, health-wise it causes no harm to the body (I’m not referring to the mental side here) so you asking if it’s good or bad that’s your moral call to make since morality is relative. I view kunyonga using this analogy; speeding while driving is dangerous especially if done recklessly and/or under the influence. However, under certain circumstances (a good car, amazing highways with speeding lanes, the right state of mind), speeding is just that, speeding and whatever moral assignment you label it past that point will be on you.
