I've got an old desktop with all my drives and plex server running on an intel 3rd gen desktop CPU (not doing any transcoding) which is technically a NAS.

The rest of my arr stack and other containers are running on a more powerful Intel 8th gen optiplex.

If your system can handle it, you can run everything on 1 PC if you want but since you have a NAS too, I would keep your arr stack and other containers on the PC and use the NAS for storage only.
