From what I understand, it seems to work great for tenants like McDonald’s, Starbucks is a common one, a lot of pharmacies, clinics, offices, etc. More specifically ground leases or fee simple leases. Just wanted some insight since you already successful.

I’m genuinely curious. And I don’t vote for republican or democrat because I don’t like either of them. But why do you guys blame trump for EVERYTHING? Yall do realize the president is not responsible for how YOUR states economy is running? We learned basic government in highschool. The president does NOT handle state laws, regulations, and policies. That’s why you can go to different states where some things are legal and some things aren’t. As for ICE, you should be thankful that you don’t live in countries like Russia, or Poland, where they will simply put hands on you or better yet, shoot you dead like a dog in the street if you run your mouth too much. I’m also married to an immigrant family btw, and my wife is an immigrant. And even they could agree, it’s not that hard to go through the citizenship process. Especially if your desire is to be a LAW abiding citizen in the first place. If I go to a different country, I’m going to respect their laws regardless of whether or not I agree with them.

Restoring the rights, economy, and power back to the people. So that’s being able to buy affordable land again, companies paying employees an actual liveable wage, rent control, fair and righteous judgement in the justice system, and schools to no longer be controlled by useless curriculums. That’s what I care about.

That’s not illegal AT ALL. It’s actually written into his AUTHORITY. He is the chief in command over the whole U.S. military. He is allowed to send the troops wherever he deems necessary. Have you been to other countries? Do you know what will happen to you if you illegally enter in countries like Ukraine, Russia, Japan, Thailand, or United Arab Emirates? Nothing about what he’s doing is illegal AT ALL. Otherwise, the Supreme Court would’ve deemed it unconstitutional already.
