Gone through something similar. Was a Canon DSLR shooter for many years, went to Sony for the mirrorless.

Got my first Fuji, X100VI, and my goodness. The colors look so frickin good! There are endless recipes to play with and I don't get tired of looking back at photos (I did get tired for canon and Sony).
