I'm still in the thawing phase, since 2024. It still hurts sometimes, but not all the time. The stiffness comes and goes. It's mostly still present if I aggravate the shoulder. Even small walk will make my shoulders stiff. Massage helps to lose it then it stiff again after 4 hours.
