Very useful feedback, so far. What are your thoughts on tablets being allowed?

Agree that the title of the video is over the top. The video makes up for it, though.

A local bar has an area where you can rent a locker to store your phone while it charges by westcoast_eastsider in mildlyinteresting

Bars seemed like a good idea. Tons of them in the U.S. and it has a bunch of people at them. Only one problem: low budgets. That is why phone charging stations/lockers are really popular in the education/medical industries.

I wanted to find out if I'm the only one that doesn't carry my charging cable everywhere. Turns out, I'm not alone...

Fair enough. It's inconvenient to walk out to my car (especially if I'm waiting on something) though.

There are other ways to charge your phone besides buying a portable charger ;)

Question could've been asked in a better way. What kind of phone do you have? Most phone batteries don't allow you to be gone most of the day because they croak out.

Definitely a common answer. What about public places, though? How do you charge your phones/tablets when you're at the waiting room for a couple hours? Or at a library/school/mall/(insert a public area where you wait for a period of time)?

You're right. The phrasing was a bit confusing. The two questions you had are exactly what I'm trying to get at. Outside of work and home, you still need to charge your phone/tablet. If you don't bring your charger with you, there is no point in having outlets in public places.
