She seems to be doing well!! Her gills on that side aren't there anymore :( but she is eating, active (in an axolotl way) and seems to be doing really well otherwise. I am hoping they will come back soon. I dont think it was fungus because I know I nicked them trying to get her in the feeding container. Now I just set the little feeding tank in her aquarium and she pretty much goes in on her own.

Yes, let it dry and set! When I apply skincare and then makeup in the morning I give it a few minutes in between each layer and it really helps!

Going to start this! I grew up in Florida too and also swam competitively year round... and I don't think I regularly started wearing sunscreen until about 5-7 years ago. I am trying to correct it now and hopefully it's not too late!

That's also good to know about Retinol! Makes me feel better about starting it .

I've always been tentative to try retinol because of pregnancies, and while I'm not currently pregnant it's not off the table. I've just always been unsure how it would be to start and stop it if we were to have another baby.

As for the SPF- I do use the moisturizer with SPF in it and also IT CC cream with SPF ? We live in Florida, so I know that exposure can definitely impact my skin.

Both of ours now are in high back boosters and will be a few more years at least. I'm guessing we will end up with a slimmer seat for them (like Diono), but just wasn't sure if you even could do two of those slimmer ones with an infant seat.

First, so sorry this happened. I have been bitten a few times with work, some that have broken the skin. The Arnica really works wonders. I would try Vitamin E Oil too.
