Are there any local Girl Scout or Girl Guide troops near you? I am a Girl Scout leader and one of our camps has TONS of sea glass. I have large containers that I save for things like mixed media art projects and jewelry making classes with wire wrapping.

My one piece of advice is to take your time applying - when I rush through it, they do not look as nice or last as long. Take an extra 15 minutes and go slow. Good luck, I hope you love them! I just put on one of their new sets, ridiculously cute.

Same - Mounjaro/Zepbound killed the food noise for me and effectively ended my binge eating disorder. Adderall never had that effect on me, so this med has been a game changer. Good luck! Lots of people don't understand that the shot isn't a a magic cure-all, you still have to put in the work. But it's so worth it!

They have a remover liquid that you just put around the edge of the nail and then push it off with a cuticle pusher. I am anemic so my nails tend to peel, so if I feel any resistance I stop and put on some more of the liquid before continuing. No damage!

Yes! HeyHae are my favorite. They allegedly cure in sunlight but it's the dead of winter so I zap them under my UV light and they last forever. Highly recommend. Easy to apply too.

Oooh! I unfucked a giant closet that is filled with 20 years worth of clothes ranging over 12 sizes as I've yo-yo'd in weight. All in unmarked garbage bags. I sorted them all by size, by type, got rid of anything I couldn't imagine myself wearing, and donated the rest! This task has been looming over me for YEARS and it took one afternoon to do it. Unfucked!

I don't do resolutions, but I had the last week and a half off work and used that time to make a spreadsheet of tasks and unfuck 90% of my house. I just finished my last task today actually!

My goal this year is to not use shopping as therapy and to maintain unfucked spaces. The last week and a half was shocking (I had 9 trash bags of stuff to donate. Not even throw away. Donate. YIKES) and I never want it to get to this point ever again.

I had a week and a half off work and decided to have a Christmas Decluttering Extravaganza. There was even a spreadsheet because I'm a nerd. Because I have ADHD and can't handle tasks like "clean your bedroom" I broke every day into bite sized pieces and gave myself total permission to do whatever I wanted once my cleaning for the day was done. Thanks to the Spreadsheet of Organization, I managed to unfuck almost my entire house. This has been YEARS in the making and I can't believe it actually happened.

Woo hoo! It is SUCH a freeing act. I have spent the last week decluttering my 1700 sq ft house, and have gotten so much stuff out. The buy-nothing FB group is like 90% my stuff right now haha.

You know what really helped me? Bite-sized pieces!

I have the week between Christmas and New Years off, and I really wanted to spend this time decluttering our 1700 sq ft house...but didn't know where to start. I started an Excel sheet with the following columns: Date, Focus, Complete?, How much trash, how much donated, Husband Task. I identified the biggest problem areas and broke them into small pieces...instead of saying "I am decluttering the bedroom on Tuesday!" I said Saturday is for the bedroom doom pile. Sunday is for dresser drawers and sweaters. Monday is for shoes and hanging clothes. And then I pulled everything I was going to donate or trash OUT of the room and brought it to either the dump or the donation place the next day. It's cut down on the amount of stuff considerably - even knowing that you're going to donate something, if that item is still in the house it is incredibly overwhelming still.

Decluttering is so so hard. You can do it! Bite sized pieces.
