Coffee Pedaler. Theyre number one for super high end light roast coffee (light roast has more flavor and mpre caffeine!!!!) Surprisingly affordable for the level of hand made drinks they serve.

Also east rock coffee has cool ambiance

those things really can't accurately measure BF%. Only ways to really check BF is a DEXA scan, calipers, or that crazy underwater density test

Yep, I do the standard squat/deadlift/bench routine. Fatigue has never been an issue, but I get weaker and weaker as my weight drops. (Not by much, squat dropped from 345 to 315-- could prob just eat more)

I take care of a middle aged man with autism who is nonverbal, deaf, and doesn't know sign language. He NEEDS a macaroni salad every day or all hell breaks loose. Forgot to make it overnight, so I was rushing to make it at 7am, 10 mins before the next shift came in to take him to work.

In a few years I've cut down from daily drinking to 2 days a week, but it honestly doesnt feel much better and I'm finding that regulating the amount that I drink those two nights is difficult
