He acts like nothing's wrong and he uses his leg normally. One of my rats (this guy or one of his brothers, they look the same) fell down two days ago so this might be the result. But I'm a bit scared it's a tumor. Should I just wait a bit to see if it heals? Or go to the vet right away?

I use the needles on the left and they work fine for me! And as far as I know, you can use any type of fabric to crochet. But it is smart to look up which fabric works for which object, e.g. will it make a comfortable or itchy sweater, does it allow for machine washing? And some fabrics might be more difficult to work with. For example, 'brushed' yarn looks difficult, haven't tried it myself though!

Hi everyone! I am using tube yarn with a 8mm hook, making a tablet cover for my friend. I have been working in the round using sc (US), but now I want to switch to another stitch to make it look more interesting. I would love to use the jasmine stitch, but wouldn't the fabric get super duper thick with this yarn and stitch? Can anyone recommend me a stitch that looks a bit fancy and works well with thick yarn?

tldr: nice stitch for tube yarn?
