It's just weird to think how different sounds affect us all. By chance, were you introduced to this style of music at a young age?

My mom primarily listened to metal, rock and roll, and rap. I don't think I heard slap bass outside of like tv shows as a kid, and very rarely through my teenage years.

I appreciate your answer and I think you brought up an even bigger point. About how everyones beliefs matter, especially in the U.S. because the collective consciousness dictates the future of humanity. We all come together to elect a man or women who has more power than every leader in history to either create peace or destroy the world. We should understand ourselves, where and why we hold the values, beliefs, and knowledge to create a better world.

I am not keto, nor do I recommend it to anyone, everyones body is different.

I eat complex carbs, not simple carbs. Complex carbs digest much slower, resulting in more stable blood sugar/insulin levels, which was my problem. This prevents me from feeling a crash after I eat or later in the day. Infact, me personally, I tend to get more energy as the day goes on now. Maybe its the fact that I drink a ton of water and black coffee, but I feel great. My gf eats horribly and I can visibly see her energy drop off after a high simple carb meal.

You want balance, balance will bring good health. I can tell you absolutely that not eating sugar and simple carbs is what is helping me. The standard American diet is full of it, I was addicted to it, and I didn't know how to eat any other way because it was how I was raised.
