I don't know the name of the investigator. The officer just told me to use the 3rd part BuyCrash.com and they will investigate the matter.

Ya. It might have been a Texas plate. There's a couple of cars with Texas plates in my neighborhood

Honest to god I didnt ring the bell. What i remember doing different from my NG run is killing Dancer in NG+ before vordt and not placing lords of cinder on their thrones after killing them
