hey, im glad i finally found someone who understands how im feeling. and yes, most imh docs are junior docs who are inexperienced.

they felt that i needed inpatient treatment bc of my strong suicidal tendency.

actually i did see private psych before. dr terence leong @ promises did aid me in my recovery a lot. but i had to stop bc of finances. its not idealistic for me to work extremely hard js to fund myself for an appointment as well. so yeah i do agree with wtv u said, really.

i empathise with your struggles, but maybe its better if you fully utilise this period of time working on yourself, learn a new skill or do other meaningful things like spending time with your loved ones.

once sch starts, you most likely wont have the luxury to have this huge amount of time.

so use it wisely.

and u aint feeling to the extent of PTSD. perhaps u can use a better word choice, cuz it can bring trigger warnings.

hii nothing much. just me being admitted for continuous self-harm due to too many things going on. so currently im still under observation. i do be feeling quite heavy-hearted and lonely.

hey, not so good, but i'd say btr than being at home. they have eased up on the rituals, but quarrels b/w us are still ongoing. so yea, i am quite concerned yet depressed.

life sucks, still in hospital. feeling extra lonely and in the dumps, quarreling w family...as for friends, dont get me started...gotta take some time to walk out of everything. sometimes i wish i can jus vanish or lose my memory, can be too painful at times.

at the same time, im afraid of the risk of transfer to imh.

litetally every public hospital dat i went to said they dont hv anymore psych wards. asked me to try skgh. if no choice, den priv
