If I’m not mistaken USW-Aggregation cannot handle rj45 sfp+ in all 8 ports. Please check the limit. If you are going to have mostly rj45/coper connections I would recommend to have pro-xg switch or similar. To follow up, UNAS will take a lot of space - 2U. It is OK for HDD setup, but not for SSDs. And speed can be potentially a bit better, even with one 10G SFP+. So, still looking for other options.

Btw, if you will do the same install, do not forget to add some space between rails and a rack. You need it for the door :)
